In the absence of quality problems, the customer is responsible for the return shippingcosts and any shipping costs for the items thatwere sent in exchange.

We do NOT acceptreturns or exchanges on personalized,custommade orders.

If we made a wrong personalization on yourorder,we'll happily send you a replacement ofthe personalized item.

If your parcel arrived damaged or in bad qualityyou have 48h to let us know from the day youhave received it. In case of delay of informingus about your parcel damage, refund orreplacement may be refused.
To return / exchange vour order: all items mustbe in new condition and original packaging.
